Mumbai, May 29 -- Rubicon Research has allotted 2,90,626 equity shares under ESOS on 29 May 2026. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 16,53,82,750 comprising of 16,53,82,750 equity shares of face value Rs 1 each.
