Mumbai, Sept. 26 -- RPG Life Sciences announced that the board of its subsidiary, RPG Active Pharma (RPGAP) has on 25 September 2026 approved a scheme of amalgamation of Actis Generics, a wholly owned subsidiary of RPGAP with RPGAP and their respective shareholders.
