Mumbai, July 29 -- Route Mobile announced that the acquisition of the AI-led Omnichannel business undertaking of Heltar Technologies has been successfully completed on 29 July 2026. Consequently, the said business undertaking stands transferred to and shall henceforth be carried on by Route Connect.
