Mumbai, Sept. 15 -- Restaurant Brands Asia has subscribed to 1,00,000 redeemable cumulative non convertible preference shares of PT Sari Burger Indonesia, subsidiary of the company, of nominal value of IDR 1 million per share, for an aggregate amount of IDR 100 billion equivalent in INR.
