Mumbai, Oct. 9 -- Regency Fincorp has allotted 65,000 12% Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, having a face value of Rs 10,000 each, aggregating to Rs 65 crore.
