Mumbai, Sept. 15 -- RBL Bank has allotted 7,03,075 equity shares under ESOP on 14 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 155,16,42,481 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1551,64,24,810.
