Mumbai, April 2 -- RBL Bank has allotted 2,33,903 equity shares under ESOP on 02 April 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 61,81,11,404 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 618,11,14,040 to 61,83,45,307 equity shares of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs. 618,34,53,070.
