Mumbai, March 9 -- RBL Bank has allotted 2,23,525 equity shares under ESOP on 09 March 2025. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 61,81,11,404 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 618,11,14,040.
