Mumbai, Oct. 3 -- Rail Vikas Nigam announced that the LOA received from East Coast Railway for "Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IP based Video Surveillance System as per RDSO Specification No.:- RDSO/SPN/TC/106/2025, version 3.1 for rolling stock of ECoR" has been cancelled (without any financial repercussions and with mutual consent) by East Coast Railway.
