Mumbai, Oct. 10 -- PTC Industries has allotted 8,54,700 equity shares to the eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 21,060 per equity share i.e. at a premium of Rs 21,050 per equity share (which includes a discount of Rs 1,090 per equity share (4.92% of the floor price, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations) to the floor price aggregating to Rs 1799.99 crore, pursuant to the QIP issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the Issue, the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 14,99,25,490 consisting of 1,49,92,549 equity shares to Rs 15,84,72,490 consisting of 1,58,47,249 equity shares.
