Mumbai, Sept. 10 -- Protean eGov Technologies has allotted 1,57,971 equity shares under ESOP on 10 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 40,77,91,650/- comprising of 4,07,79,165 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
