Mumbai, April 28 -- Prataap Snacks has allotted 6,981 equity shares under Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2018 on 27 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 2,39,10,527 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
