India, March 30 -- The issue opened for bidding on 24 March 2026 and it closed on 27 March 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 375 and 395 per share. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 4.50 times, the non-institutional investors (NII) category was subscribed 0.44 times and the retail individual investors category was subscribed 0.15 times.

The issue comprised both an offer for sale and a fresh issue of equity shares (of Rs 5 face value) worth aggregating to Rs 400 crore and Rs 700 crore, respectively. The entire portion of the offer for sale is by promoters, i.e., the Naresh Oberoi Family Trust (Rs 280 crore) and the Kabir & Kimaya Family Trust (Rs 120 crore).
