Mumbai, Feb. 20 -- Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 1 lakh secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 amounting to Rs 1000 crore and premium aggregating to Rs 92.75 lakh total amounting to Rs 1000.92 crore, through private placement on 20 February 2026.
