Mumbai, April 25 -- Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 68,207 equity shares under ESOS on 24 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,760,633,496 consisting of 88,03,16,748 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
