Mumbai, Feb. 18 -- Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 68,092 equity shares under ESOP on 18 February 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.162,55,77,616.00/- consisting of 81,27,88,808 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
