Mumbai, June 11 -- Physicswallah has allotted 77,91,768 equity shares under ESOP on 10 June 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 2,88,86,00,608 to Rs. 2,89,63,92,376.
