Mumbai, July 11 -- Phoenix Mills has allotted 17,428 equity shares under ESOP on 11 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs71,53,15,806 consisting of 35,76,57,903 Equity Shares having face value of Rs 2/- each.
