Mumbai, July 14 -- Pennar Industries has allotted 5,50,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 14 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 67,74,81,155/- consisting of 13,54,96,231 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
