Mumbai, Sept. 15 -- Pearl Global Industries has allotted 4,61,90,542 fully paid up bonus equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each in ratio of 1:1. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 9,23,81,084 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each aggregating to Rs 46,19,05,420/-.
