Mumbai, May 12 -- Patanjali Foods has allotted 4,400 equity shares under ESOP on 12 May 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 217,62,17,190/- comprising of 108,81,08,595 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up.
