Mumbai, July 14 -- Paramount Communications has allotted 31,995 equity shares under ESOP on 14 July 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 65,44,78,946 /- (consisting of 32,72,39,473 equity shares having a face value of Rs 2/- each.)
