Mumbai, Aug. 7 -- Paisalo Digital has announced the public issue of 30 lakh Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1000 each for an amount aggregating up to Rs 300 crore.

The base size issue is Rs 150 crore, with an option to retain over-subscription up to an additional Rs 150 crore (Green Shoe Option) aggregating up to Rs 300 crore.

The issue is scheduled to open on 07 August 2026 and close on 20 August 2026, with an option of early closure or extension.

There are 6 series of NCDs carrying fixed coupons and having a tenure of 18 months, 24 months, 36 months, and 60 months with monthly and annual interest payment options.
