Mumbai, April 22 -- Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 14,936 equity shares under ESOP on 22 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 435,250,345/- divided into 87,050,069 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
