Mumbai, April 29 -- Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 12,381 equity shares under OFSS Stock Plan 2014. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 435,312,250/- divided into 87,062,450 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
