Mumbai, May 20 -- Oracle Financial Services Software has allotted 1,879 equity shares under ESOP on 20 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 435,321,645/- divided into 87,064,329 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
