Mumbai, Oct. 12 -- One Mobikwik Systems has allotted 3,14,767 equity shares under ESOP on 12 October 2026.

Consequent to aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of the Company stand increased from Rs 15,74,93,834 consisting of 7,87,46,917 equity shares having face value of Rs 2/-

each to Rs 15,81,23,368 consisting of 7,90,61,684 equity shares having face value of Rs 2/- each.
