Mumbai, Sept. 30 -- Northern Arc Capital has allotted 3,000 equity shares under ESOP on 30 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,61,81,08,750 (16,18,10,875 shares of Rs. 10 each).
