Mumbai, June 17 -- Nava has allotted 2,53,820 equity shares to the eligible employees upon exercise of vested Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the NAVA - RSUs 2023. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 28,32,55,096 equity shares of Re 1 each.
