National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) IPO ends with 5.71 times subscription
Mumbai, Sept. 22 -- The initial public offer of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) received bids for 50,58,11,384 shares as against 8,86,42,911 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 5.71 times.
The qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) portion was subscribed 12.68 times, while the non-institutional investors' (NII) category was subscribed 6.55 times. The retail individual investors' (RII) segment was subscribed 1.39 times.
The issue opened for bidding on 17 September 2026 and closed on 21 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 1,700 and 1,785 per share.
