Mumbai, Aug. 18 -- Muthoot Capital Services has approved the issuance of 1,00,000 non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 10,000 each aggregating to Rs 100 crore on private placement basis. The deemed date of allotment is 24 August 2026.
