Mumbai, Sept. 30 -- Mangalore Refinery And Petrochemicals (MRPL) announced an incident involving rupture of the Cold Separator operating at high pressure in the Coker Hydrotreater Unit occurred at MRPL, resulting in a fire around noon today.
