Mumbai, Aug. 22 -- The contract involves appointment of an agency for preparation of GIS base maps, existing land use (ELU) and assistance in preparation of GIS-based development plans on a cash consideration basis.

The work is subject to necessary approvals from the concerned government authorities. As per the letter of acceptance, the work will commence immediately and is expected to be completed within the timeline specified under the contract.

The company clarified that the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction and that neither the promoters nor the promoter group companies have any interest in the work contract.
