Mumbai, June 22 -- Milkfood has allotted 12,18,000 equity shares under ESOP on 22 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 12,79,80,900/- divided into 2,55,96,180 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
