Mumbai, July 22 -- Meesho has allotted 2,71,303 equity shares under ESOP on 22 July 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 4,62,21,11,746 (comprising 4,62,21,11,746 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 4,62,23,83,049 (comprising 4,62,23,83,049 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
