Mumbai, Sept. 28 -- Base metals slipped in volatile trades today. MCX Copper futures are trading at Rs 1405.10 per kg, down 1% on the day. The counter tested lows around Rs 1404 kg mark today with a modest rise in open interest. MCX Aluminium futures fell 0.69% to trade at Rs 346.25 per kg. MCX Zinc futures lost 1.27% to trade at Rs 417 per kg. MCX Lead futures eased 0.13% to trade at Rs 194.65 per kg. MCX Nickel futures lost 0.56% at Rs 1584 per kg.
