Mumbai, May 8 -- Base metals gained across the board today. MCX Copper futures for May are trading at Rs 1223.50 per kg, up 1.48% on the day. The counter hit high near Rs 1326 per kg today after witnessing a mild drop in last session. MCX Aluminum futures are up 0.37% at Rs 368.30 per kg. MCX Zinc futures rose 0.47% to trade at Rs 349.35 per kg. MCX Lead futures are trading at Rs 200.35 per kg, up 0.07% on the day. MCX Nickel futures gained 0.23% to trade at Rs 1816.40 per kg.
