Mumbai, Aug. 24 -- MCX Gold futures are excising gains, breaking above Rs 164000 per 10 grams and currently trade at Rs 164050 per 10 grams, up around 1% on the day. The counter had drifted towards Rs 163000 per 10 grams mark in afternoon but saw good bounce back thereafter. MCX Silver is up by a modest 0.22% at Rs 247129 per kg amid sideways trading.
