Mumbai, Nov. 4 -- MCX Gold futures soared sharply today, adding to gains throughout the session and currently trade at Rs 142615 per 10 grams, up 2.27% on the day. A break above Rs 140000 per 10 grams boosted the sentiments for the counter after recent losses. MCX Silver futures also moved up at an intense pace and currently quote up 3.92% at Rs 186734 per kg.
