Mumbai, July 14 -- Mastek has allotted 1,625 equity shares under ESOP on 14 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,10,02,407 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 15,50,12,035.
