Mumbai, April 23 -- Manoj Ceramic has allotted 1,00,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 22 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,80,70,000/- consisting of 1,38,07,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
