Mumbai, Oct. 27 -- The company's profit after tax rose 37.7% year on year to Rs 716 crore from Rs 520 crore. Sequentially, net profit increased 24.7% from Rs 574 crore in Q1 FY27.

Revenue from operations increased 17.3% year on year to Rs 4,338 crore from Rs 3,697 crore. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue grew 7.6% from Rs 4,031 crore.

Gross profit increased 18.9% year on year to Rs 3,134 crore from Rs 2,635 crore. Gross margin improved 90 basis points to 72.2% from 71.3% a year earlier, although it declined 60 basis points from 72.8% in the previous quarter.
