Mumbai, May 4 -- Lupin has allotted 36,752 equity shares under ESOP on 04 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 91,44,31,726 consisting of 45,72,15,863 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
