Mumbai, July 8 -- Lupin has allotted 2,358 equity shares under ESOP on 08 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 91,44,69,788 consisting of 45,72,34,894 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
