Mumbai, Aug. 27 -- The initial public offer of Lumino Industries received bids for 8,97,57,122 shares as against 6,32,05,127 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:00 IST on Thursday (27 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 1.42 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 27 August 2026 and it will close on 31 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 78 and 82 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 182 equity shares and multiples thereof.

The offer comprises a fresh issue of equity shares of Rs 5 each, aggregating to Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating to Rs 200 crore. The offer for sale component is entirely by promoters.
