Mumbai, Oct. 12 -- Lords Mark Industries has acquired Radio Electric, the company behind the established Radiotone brand, as part of its strategic expansion into specialised electrical manufacturing and engineering. The acquisition has been undertaken under the company's Lighting & Energy division.
