Mumbai, Aug. 7 -- Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 70,000 - 9.02% Senior, Secured, Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Transferable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs.1,00,000 each, aggregating to an issue size of Rs. 700 crore, on a private placement basis.
