Mumbai, June 23 -- Lloyds Metals & Energy has allotted 30,888 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 56,29,06,951 divided into 56,29,06,951 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
