Mumbai, Sept. 29 -- A. Appointment of Mr. Ashis Kumar as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on the Board of LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Limited (AMC)

LIC Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Ashis Kumar, who was serving as the Chief Operating Officer of LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Limited (AMC), has been appointed as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the AMC with effect from 26(th) September 2026. He will continue to be designated as Key Personnel of the AMC. Accordingly, upon his appointment as Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Ashis Kumar ceased to hold the position of Chief Operating Officer with effect from the close of business hours on 25(th) September 2026.
