Mumbai, April 13 -- Laxmi Organic Industries announced the resignation of Mahadeo Karnik as Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 13 April 2026.

Subsequently, the company has appointed Harshvardhan Goenka as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from 14 April 2026.
